Paul Schergen owns a master degree in mechanical engineering which he obtained at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich. He gained international experience during a trainee at the University of Wisconsin, U.S.A.. His position as a project manager at Paul Wurth Luxembourg allowed him to acquire problem solving, time management and organisational skills that permitted him to successfully lead several competitive worldwide projects, from their initiation to putting into service with the customer.

In 2001 he founded with two associates MPJ sci, a private owned real estate company. He is the asset manager and accountant. The company owns three appartments.

In 2004 Paul Schergen bought an existing company, Fior Ateliers Sàrl, which he developed and managed as owner and CEO until 2017. He manufactured steel constructions, from design, over manufacturing in the metal shop and installation on the costumer site. His entrepreneurial skills made him develop the size of the company from 20 people to 37 people. He invested in a new building and new machinery. In September 2017, he sold the company at its peak of value and liberated his earnings and assets of 13 years.

In 2018 Paul Schergen founded SP Engineer S.à r.l.-S in order to offer services as an interim manager, as en expert, as a project mangager, as an consultant and as an independent director.

He can expand businesses and develop long-term strategies for protecting the company’s wealth. He is highly efficient at data interpretation and their visualisation.
